ORDER DISCLAIMERS
  • REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES ARE NOT PROVIDED FOR ITEMS PURCHASED THROUGH THIS SHOP. 

  • ORDERS ARE EXPECTED TO PROCESS WITHIN 12 BUSINESS WEEKS FROM THE TIME MILK AND INCLUSIONS ARE RECEIVED AND CHECKED IN. IF YOUR TURN AROUND TIME IS GREATER THAN THIS TIME FRAME, YOU WILL BE CONTACTED BY THE SHOP. 

 

  • AFTER 90 DAYS OF HAVING YOUR TUMBLER, HONEY AND HIVE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY TYPE OF YELLOWING, CRACKING, SURFACE DAMAGE ETC. THESE FLAWS ARE NOT FROM OUR DOING AND YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE ANY FORM OF REFUND, EXCHANGE OR CREDIT. THIS POLICY IS SEPARATE FROM OUR 5 DAY POLICY. SOME YELLOWING MAY HAPPEN DUE TO THE SETTLING OF YOUR PRESERVED MILK, HOWEVER YOUR MILK IS FULLY PRESERVED AND IS SAFE. YELLOWING CAN BE CAUSED BY STORING IN A WARM, WET CLIMATE, PLACED IN SUNLIGHT, OR GENERAL USE. THESE ARE HUST A FEW EXAMPLES BUT NOT LIMITED TO THESE. 
  • EDITS ARE ALLOWED THROUGH THE EDIT FORM UP UNTIL 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO YOUR ESTIMATED START DATE. 
  • IF YOU FAIL TO USE A DISCOUNT CODE, IT WILL NOT BE GRANTED AFTER YOU HAVE PAID FOR YOUR ORDER. 
  • YOU WILL NOT BE PLACED ON THE LINE UP UNTIL YOUR MILK, AND/OR KEEPSAKE ITEMS HAVE BEEN RECEIVED, IF APPLICABLE. 
  • PLEASE NOTE, ITEMS PURCHASED THROUGH THIS SHOP ARE HANDMADE. THIS MAY RESULT IN MINOR FLAWS OR IMPERFECTIONS IN YOUR ORDER. THEY ARE MADE WITH LOVE AND HANDS, NOT A MACHINE. 
  • IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH YOUR ORDER, YOU MUST NOTIFY THE SHOP WITHIN 5 DAYS OF RECEIPT. IF YOU FAIL TO REACH OUT, NO CORRECTIONS WILL BE HONORED.
  • FLOWERS ARE PRESERVED, BUT PLEASE NOTE, EXPOSING YOUR TUMBLERS TO DAMAGING WEATHER, WASH OR USE COULD RESULT IN THEM TURNING. EXTENSIVE USE OF YOUR ORDER OR ANY DAMAGES MADE BY THE PURCHASER ARE NOT THE SOUTHERN HOUSE'S RESPONSIBILITY TO CORRECT. 
  • IF YOU DAMAGE YOUR TUMBLER, RESURFACING IS OFFERED AT A $25 RATE PER CUP (IF SALVAGEABLE) AND THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPMENT COSTS BACK TO THE SHOP AND THEN BACK TO THEM.
  • PLEASE NOTE, YETI UPGRADES DO NOT INCLUDE A STRAW.
  • IF USING BREASTMILK IN YOUR ORDER AS AN INCLUSION, YOUR FIRST MILK IS INCLUDED IN PRODUCT PRICE. USING  DIFFERENT MILKS IN ONE PIECE REQUIRES AN UPCHARGE OF $15 PER EACH ADDITIONAL MILK SENT IN. THIS WILL BE BILLED UPON CHECK IN OF MILK TO YOU.

 RESTOCK DISCLAIMERS:

You will have SIX MONTHS from purchase date to ship your inclusions to us with no added fee.
Once you hit the six month mark date from DOP (date of purchase) your order will be "archived" by us, NOT CANCELLED.
What does this mean?
Once you exceed 6 months from DOP without submitting required inclusions, you will be responsible for a "restock fee" of 25% of your purchase price.
Your restock fee for your purchase will be assessed and billed at time inclusions are confirmed "received" and your order will NOT go on our schedule to make until your invoice has been taken care of and paid.
There will be ZERO exceptions to this policy.
This is also standard for most businesses as it is not fair to continue to pend out orders for not receiving your inclusions.
If you fail to submit inclusions by your 1 year mark from order date, your order will then be closed and refund will not be provided. If you choose to reopen your order after 1 year of purchase date, a restock fee of 50% of the product price will be required to pay before order is reopened and completed. This is acceptable practice, as you would not go to walmart, purchase an item, and then a year later ask for a refund because you forgot about returning it.
Providing you with 6 months to submit your inclusions is extremely generous and most companies of my craft will not allow this.
Please submit them as quickly as possible, but please also know we understand your delays! ❤

PRODUCT DISCLAIMERS

FLOWERS: Please note that greenery is included in all flower options, unless otherwise noted!

FILE UPLOADS:

  • For all file uploads, PLEASE ONLY upload SVG/PNG files! 
  • SEND ALL DECALS in SVG or PNG! Otherwise, I cannot guarantee the exact image!
  • I will find the closest possible to your submitted image in SVG/PNG form!
  • please note, if your file is not a PNG file when uploaded, it could vary slightly from the original image due to conversion to PNG! 

ADDITIONAL KEEPSAKES:

  • If you selected to add additional keepsakes to your order, please send them to our address (listed on the Shipping Info page) 
  • FABRICS: Please note, your fabrics will be cut down to allow correct placement
  • ASHES: Please note, you only need to send us 1 TBSP of ash to complete your cup. This will be sprinkled into your milk bath.

GLITTER: Please note that your glitter may be dulled due to milk bath. By placing and paying for this order, YOU ARE AGREEING YOUR GLITTER MAY BE DULLED. I AM UNABLE TO CONTROL THE WAY YOUR MILK RUNS ON YOUR CUP THROUGHOUT THE CREATION PROCESS.

WORDING:

  • If you want more than just a single name on your cup, please select the multiple names option, and type them in the multiple names/quote box ONLY. 
  • If you only want just a single title, there is no need to fill in the quote/multiple names box

DECALS: 

  • If the decal image you want is a photo of a cup that I have already done, that is fine as I already have the file.

  •  FC MEANS FIRST CLASS. FIRST CLASS (FC) PACKAGES DO NOT CARRY INSURANCE! IF YOUR PACKAGE IS LOST STOLEN OR DAMAGED, YOUR ITEMS ARE NOT REPLACEABLE AT MY EXPENSE! YOU WILL NEED TO CONTACT YOUR POSTAL CARRIER TO FILE A REPORT!
  •  PLEASE NOTE, I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGES MADE DURING SHIPMENT. IF DAMAGED, A CLAIM WILL BE FILED IF PACKAGE CARRIES INSURANCE!
  •  PLEASE NOTE, I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE IF YOU PROVIDE AN INACCURATE ADDRESS AND YOUR PACKAGE IS RETURNED TO ME. IF THIS HAPPENS, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE TO PAY SHIPPING AGAIN FOR ME TO SHIP BACK OUT TO YOU.
  •  PLEASE NOTE, I AM NOT ABLE TO CONTROL A DELAY IN YOUR SHIPMENT. ONCE IT LEAVES MY SHOP, THE MAIL CARRIER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR ORDER!
  • ITEMS AT THIS TIME ARE SHIPPED BY USPS AS FIRST CLASS (<1LB) OR PRIORITY (>1LB). PRIORITY IS THE ONLY TYPE OF PACKAGE THAT CARRIES INSURANCE. I AM NOT ABLE TO CONTROL THE SHIPMENT TYPE, THE WEIGHT OF YOUR PACKAGE DECIDES HOW IT SHIPS!
